I founded The Excellent Writers Group in 2006 to help clients put their thoughts into words and their words into effective communications strategies. It’s about telling compelling stories to connect with your audience.

I work with companies to identify who they want to reach and develop a voice to reach them.

My background is in journalism, which means I am accustomed to quickly becoming an expert on various subjects and can make deadlines. Before starting Excellent Writers, I was a business reporter at the Boston Herald for nearly a decade covering health care, biotechnology, tourism, retail, and corporate news. I also wrote Small Business Matters for the Herald, a column focused on issues and subjects that are important to entrepreneurs and small business owners. It was my excuse to meet entrepreneurs and small business owners and learn what motivated them and how they worked through their challenges.
